• Server logs — Your IP address, browser type, and pages visited are recorded in standard web server logs for security and operational purposes.
• Session data — A session cookie is set when you log in to keep you authenticated. Additional cookies store your display preferences such as theme and color palette.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics.
• We do not embed third-party tracking pixels, ad networks, or social media buttons from other platforms.
• We do not fingerprint your browser or device.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate the platform — Deliver the features you use: timelines, messaging, groups, markets, and all other functionality.
• To process transactions — Facilitate purchases, payouts, and subscription billing through Stripe. Cre8aplace does not store your credit card number; payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
• To communicate with you — Send notifications you've opted into, respond to support tickets, and deliver important account-related messages such as password resets.
• To maintain security — Detect abuse, enforce community guidelines, and protect the platform and its users.
• To improve the platform — Analyze aggregate, non-identifying server log data to understand usage patterns and guide development.

What We Never Do

• We never sell your personal information to anyone.
• We never share your data with advertisers.
• We never use your content to train machine learning models.
• We never read your private messages unless required by law or to investigate a specific abuse report.

Payment Processing

Subscription billing and market transactions are processed by Stripe. When you enter payment information, it goes directly to Stripe's servers. Cre8aplace receives only the information needed to fulfill orders and manage subscriptions — such as transaction IDs, amounts, and subscription status. We never have access to your full card number.

Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on servers we operate directly. We do not use shared cloud hosting platforms.
• All connections to the platform are encrypted via HTTPS.
• Sensitive parameters such as IDs in requests are encrypted server-side using AES-256-CBC.
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
• Database backups are performed daily and retained for 14 days.

Cookies

Cre8aplace uses a small number of cookies, all of which are first-party (set by our own domain):

• Session cookie — Keeps you logged in during your visit. Expires when you close your browser or after a period of inactivity.
• CSRF token — Protects form submissions from cross-site request forgery. Automatically managed.
• Preference cookies — Store your chosen theme, color palette, and similar display settings so they persist between visits.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party cookies.

Your Content

Content you post on Cre8aplace belongs to you. By posting it, you grant Cre8aplace a license to display, distribute, and store that content as needed to operate the platform. You can edit or delete your content at any time. If you delete your account, your content is removed from the platform.

Your Choices

• Profile privacy — Control who can see your friends, groups, pages, and other profile sections through your privacy settings.
• Notifications — Choose which notifications you receive in your notification preferences.
• Account deletion — You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. This action is permanent.
• Data requests — To request a copy of your data or ask a question about your privacy, submit a support ticket from within the platform.

Children

Cre8aplace is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will take steps to remove the account and delete the associated data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify users through the platform.
