By creating an account or using Cre8aplace, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.
• One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts may be removed without notice.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

What You Can Do

Cre8aplace provides tools to connect with others and create content. With your account you may:

• Post topics, comments, replies, blog posts, and images.
• Create and manage groups, pages, events, and polls.
• Send private messages to other users.
• Open a market and sell products (with an Extended subscription).
• Purchase products from other users' markets.

Content and Ownership

• You own the content you create on Cre8aplace.
• By posting content, you grant Cre8aplace a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.
• You can edit or delete your content at any time. Deleting your account removes your content from the platform.
• You may not post content that you don't have the right to share. Respect copyright, trademarks, and the intellectual property of others.

Community Guidelines

Cre8aplace is a shared space. To keep it safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post hate speech, discrimination, or content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Post sexually explicit or pornographic content.
• Share violent, graphic, or disturbing content intended to shock or harm.
• Impersonate another person, organization, or entity.
• Post spam, scams, phishing links, or misleading content.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or code designed to disrupt the platform.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, private data, or restricted areas of the platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data or interact with the platform.
• Circumvent moderation actions, bans, or restrictions by creating new accounts.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at the discretion of the moderation team.

Markets and Transactions

• Market owners are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and availability.
• Market owners are responsible for fulfilling orders, providing shipping, and handling customer inquiries for their products.
• Cre8aplace facilitates transactions through Stripe but is not a party to the sale. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved between those parties.
• Cre8aplace does not take a commission on sales. Stripe's standard processing fees apply.
• You may not sell illegal goods, regulated substances, weapons, counterfeit items, or anything that violates applicable law through your market.
• Cre8aplace reserves the right to suspend or remove any market that violates these terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support if you have a billing concern.
• If your subscription expires or is cancelled, features tied to your tier will become unavailable, but your account and free-tier content will remain intact.

Moderation and Enforcement

• Cre8aplace uses a combination of user reports and moderator review to enforce these terms.
• If your content is removed by a moderator, you will be notified with a reason. You may appeal the decision through the platform's appeal process.
• Cre8aplace reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice in urgent cases.
• Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination.

Limitation of Liability

Cre8aplace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation beyond our standard backup procedures, or that the platform will meet every expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cre8aplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Cre8aplace harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify users through the platform. Continued use of Cre8aplace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Cre8aplace may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. Content you posted may be removed, and any active subscriptions will be cancelled.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved under applicable U.S. law.
