This is why I purchased 3 lots, I know that it's in Illinois. I'm not able to afford the high prices in Florida. The place needs either a lot of TLC or removed and something in its place. I have a place for a huge garden and much more. Plus, I will be putting money towards me and not to Corporate America. (My camper,) Which makes a lot more sense to me, for now.
