Proverbs 4:23
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

Protect your eyes, ears and heart from things that you don't need to see, hear or desire. What is in your heart will come out of your mouth and show in your actions.

Psalm 1:3
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

The believer must be steadfast in his commitment to service to the LORD. He must be like a tree that is planted near a body of water: he must grow, flourish, produce good fruit. His countenance should show that he belongs to the LORD.

Believer, serve the LORD with passion and commitment!
