Mike Lynch and Steve Chamberlain; Chamberlain is suspected dead from the sailing yacht capsized in a windstorm in the Mediterranean last weekend. Last Saturday Mike Lynch was killed after being hit by a car in London. They were business partners in a software company the developed then sold to Hewlett-Packard, then post sale sued for fraud in San Francisco but acquitted. Trial over, they were acquitted, government lost, then both defendants were killed. All of a sudden killed. If your sued by the government consider losing if you want to live.
