Adoption is such a beautiful picture of salvation. In Paul’s time, Roman law of adoption:
1. All debt paid in full (most adoption was of adults who had debt)
2. All ties to old family severed (Satan has no hold)
3.Full heir to new family
4.Couldn’t be un-adopted. Was forever.
