Today is National Poinsettia Day. The technical name for poinsettias is Euphorbia Pulcherrima. Poinsettias are native to Mexico. Joel Roberts Poinsett is credited for bringing the plant to the states, and December 12th is the date that he passed away. #Poinsettia
