Without evidence, ABC and CBS misrepresented the rescission of the memo as a full rescission of the decision to freeze funding for certain government programs. The most egregious instance of this comes via ABC’s Mary Bruce, former Biden Chief Apple Polisher, who uses a partial and out of context quote in order to misrepresent a complete pullback of the funding freeze:
