Why does a presidential "auto-pen" even exist? A President should be capable of understanding and signing all documents necessary to fulfill the role. If he is unable, then the Vice President exists to take on the role. If both are incapacitated, then it falls to the Speaker of the House. There are mechanisms for dealing with a President's inability to fulfill the responsibilities of his office, and none of them include an automated signing machine.
