GSL Defense Training is offering a FREE 16-hour, ISP-approved Illinois Concealed Carry Class to faculty and staff of public and private schools in Illinois. If you work for any school in any capacity, or teach/coach in any capacity, you’re eligible. June 13-14, 2026 At the DeWitt County Sportsman’s Club near Clinton, IL GSLDefenseTraining.com FOID cards are not required for enrollees, but we recommend applying for them ahead of time at ISPFSB.com. Loaner firearms are available for use at no charge, but enrollees will be responsible for bringing 250 rounds of ammunition for the course. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Enrollees will need to bring their own lunches. To enroll, download and complete the registration form from the Essential Carry page at GSLDefenseTraining.com. Once received, we’ll e-mail you a welcome letter with a map and directions, recommendations for hotel accommodations and what to bring.
