In the summer of 2021, we were paying $12.99 for a 20 lb. bag of Purina Dry Cat Food. It is now almost $25 for the same bag. That is more than just a little inflation! We usually buy 3 bags (multiple cats!) I was afraid of becoming an old woman who ate cat food. That ship has sailed! I guess I should be thanking God that I live next to a field with plenty of mice to sustain my cat herd. This is absolutely ridiculous. I see how Venezuela went from being a prosperous nation to eating pets in just a few short years. Anyone who says this can't happen does not know history!
