We've all probably had about as much of DEI as we [n]ever wanted, but have you ever thought about the purpose behind it? Most have zealously bought in either as the oppressed in order to "get more," or as guilty of being the "oppressor" because..."white guilt." What about the originators? The ivory tower caucasians in the hallowed halls of Congress or on ivy league campuses? What is their purpose in it?
