Psalm 2:1
Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?

The heathens actually think that they will be able to get away with rejecting and bucking up against the LORD. They imagine that in vain, because there is no way that the LORD will be defeated. There will be a rude awakening for the wicked, and it may be sooner than we think.

As believers, we should praying for the lost, and those in our concentric circles of contact, we should share the Gospel. Many will find their way to hell, as Matthew points out in chapter 7:13-14, "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." Fewer will find their way to life, but we must be vigilant about sharing Christ with as many as possible. Be intentional, believer, about sharing the Gospel with as many as possible.
