No pictures, sorry:) In honor of my hubby's Irish heritage we had a made from scratch Irish dinner today with Dublin Coddle for the main dish along with gluten free homemade Irish Soda Bread. Dessert was from a recipe from Laurie Neverman's mother when she was catering (CommonSenseHome.com)...chocolate pudding cake from scratch. It already has the pudding that makes itself while the cake bakes and nuts and I added cherries with a thickened sauce and whipped cream:) Looks like we have enough to celebrate again tomorrow....
