Church membership is reportedly down significantly. However, should we believers be overly worried about that? No, we should expect it, for Jesus clearly told us in the verses above that the Church of Jesus Christ will be a minority, and greatly despised by the world. Jesus also should that He will build His church and the gates of hell will not prevail. Matt. 16:18. With knowing that, we should rejoice.
