Recipe of the Week, 1 of my own, Detox Style #coffee - Superfood Style Coffee - #detox Drink
In the Coffee Pot (My Coffee Pot Holds 20 Ounces) - PLEASE USE ALL #organic AND #nongmo INGREDIENTS!
1/2 Tablespoon of Organic Yerba Mate Tea
1/2 Teaspoon Organic Green Leaf #stevia
1/2 Teaspoon Organic Cocao (preferred) or Cocoa
Dandelion Tea Bag (I tear the bag and put the leaves in the pot)
1 or 2 good shakes into the pot (except the Turmeric)
3 or more good shakes Teaspoon Turmeric
Black Pepper to Help Absorb the #turmeric (I do 2 shakes)
White Pepper
#cinnamon (I do 2 shakes)
Ginger
Onion Powder
#garlic Powder (I do 2 shakes)
Cayenne (Cayenne & Garlic together have plenty of benefits!)
Crushed Red Pepper
You can add these also if you wish and have available. (Powdered)
Powdered Cucumber
Mint
Watermelon
Cranberry
Grapefruit
Chili Powder
In the Coffee Basket, Organic Dark Roast (Ground) Coffee, you can and should if possible, use an Organic Ground Coffee that has Lion's Mane, Chaga Chaga and Turkey Tail mushrooms, prebiotics, and heat-resistant probiotics.
I put a dash of Himalayan Salt and/or Sea Salt in the grounds.
I try to let the brewed coffee sit 10 minutes before drinking, I use Organic Heavy Cream, Organic Stevia. Organic Almond Milk is ok for those who like that!
