During a recent standoff between Islamic activists and officers in the New York City Police Department (NYPD), one activist in particular took it upon herself - I'm assuming gender here - took shout her Islamic drivel at the officers, demanding "respect" for their religion - specifically for their prophet, Muhammad. It appeared as though the activist singled out a certain officer, who appeared to be Muslim himself.
