Voddie Baucham was a devout Christian, devoted husband and loving father. He and his wife, Bridget, were parents to nine children, at least four of whom they adopted. They homeschooled their children. Voddie was a role model for his sons and a prototype for his daughters. Voddie also was grandfather three times over. His loss is a shock. Voddie and his wife were likely, by no means wealthy. She will now shoulder the burden of the last years of her children's rearing all by herself.
