Today, we’re going back to one of the most intense prophetic moments of my dad’s ministry, recorded on August 26, 1997 in Detroit. That night, he declared that God was raising up a generation of “warriors of the new millennium.” Caught up in the Spirit, my dad spoke of demonic powers being silenced by the worship and war cries of God’s people. He prophesied that Detroit would become a voice to America and beyond, carrying a new sound of victory that would ignite the church with fresh fire. This wasn’t just encouragement. It was a divine commissioning — a call to warfare, worship, and unwavering faith. A call that still speaks today.
