Tim Burchett (R-TN) as well a recent report from the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) released in December. Burchett has proposed a bill to stop funding from being taken by the Taliban in Afghanistan but said it was blocked by the Senate Democrats last week."
