Legend Written in Violet

At the first dusk,
The world learned to whisper.
From that breath,
Two dragonflies rose.

Their wings held sunsets
thin, bright, trembling.
Each beat spilled purple memory
into the waiting sky.

They carried old evenings:
warm earth, fading songs,
light slipping from the hills.

Now when twilight returns,
They still pass through it
small guardians of legend,
teaching night how to remember.
