There was an accident the other day killing three innocent Americans with a semi 18 wheeler truck seemingly caused by a truck driver who had little knowledge of the English language and little knowledge of understanding street signs. I live in Alberta, Canada and have been fearful for the last several years of driving my car on the public roads because I notice that every single 18 wheeler I see has a driver with a cloth wrapped around their head. I don't know if those people are illegal aliens or whether or not they can read street signs or understand English but I am afraid just the same! The same rings true with a lot of deliveries I expect to be delivered to my door by couriers... I would guess that from 20-25% of my deliveries iether get delivered to the wrong door or have to be rescheduled because the delivery driver cannot distinguish between the A,B,C and D on the doors in my fourplex. I know that a person who could understand and have the ability to read English would not have a problem delivering a package in English speaking North America or being in control of a multi ton vehicle!
