When we were both in our early 20's, she met someone that lavished her with many gifts and "acted" like she was the cats meow. She never had to worry about money, she had it personally. It was more that he "acted". The other was a few years younger than she and I. My Momma's, x daughter inlaw, (Chicago) knew some Islamic's That were just in the states for a short time. It didn't take long, and she left the states. She "claimed" all was well, that she was able to do everything, as she was in the states. She posted on FB, when she was pregnant, and had her 3 baby girls. Then that was it, nothing more about them. Then she was pregnant and gave birth to a baby boy. After that, she no longer posted, no one has heard about or from her. Neither one of these women were naive, gullible, they were both strong women. So what happened... I will be the first to tell you, that man or woman can have their self-esteem taken from them. At Least Once, So Don't Be Saying It Can't Be. No Matter How Strong You Are.
