  • The ERROR of Accepting Homosexuality in Churches

SUMMARY: I ran into an opinion piece from Darren Mehl with homosexuality as the topic. The title: “'Side B' Christianity: An insidious, neutered gospel that has infiltrated the church”. … So what the heck was “Side B Christianity”? …“Side B Christianity” accepts homosexuality with a watered down principle of homosexual yet celibate. … To be clear! In God’s Word there is no path for Side A or Side B. The ONLY path is God’s Side through the Redemptive Blood of the Risen Savior Jesus the Christ the Son of God. …READ MEHL’S INFILTRATED THEOLOGY IN CHURCHES!

  • God’s ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9). The wisdom of man is foolishness before God (1 Corinthians 3:19). Thus, true wisdom is to trust in God and lean not on our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Treasure His thoughts above your own.

    Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening Devotions

    Evening, April 30

"How precious also are Thy thoughts unto me, O God." Psalm 139:17

Divine omniscience affords no comfort to the ungodly mind, but to the child of God it overflows with consolation. God is always thinking upon us, never turns aside His mind from us, has us always before His eyes; and this is precisely as we would have it, for it would be dreadful to exist for a moment beyond the observation of our heavenly Father. His thoughts are always tender, loving, wise, prudent, far-reaching, and they bring to us countless benefits: hence it is a choice delight to remember them. The Lord always did think upon His people: hence their election and the covenant of grace by which their salvation is secured; He always will think upon them: hence their final perseverance by which they shall be brought safely to their final rest. In all our wanderings the watchful glance of the Eternal Watcher is evermore fixed upon us- we never roam beyond the Shepherd's eye. In our sorrows He observes us incessantly, and not a pang escapes Him; in our toils He marks all our weariness, and writes in His book all the struggles of His faithful ones. These thoughts of the Lord encompass us in all our paths, and penetrate the innermost region of our being. Not a nerve or tissue, valve or vessel, of our bodily organization is uncared for; all the littles of our little world are thought upon by the great God.

Dear reader, is this precious to you? then hold to it. Never be led astray by those philosophic fools who preach up an impersonal God, and talk of self-existent, self-governing matter. The Lord liveth and thinketh upon us, this is a truth far too precious for us to be lightly robbed of it. The notice of a nobleman is valued so highly that he who has it counts his fortune made; but what is it to be thought of by the King of kings! If the Lord thinketh upon us, all is well, and we may rejoice evermore.

Kim Clement’s message on October 14th, 1994 reveals God’s progressive process—leading His people from promise to dominion. Adam and Eve were to multiply, subdue, and then rule, but the enemy sought to disrupt this by infiltrating their place of communion. True transformation happens through intimacy with God, not just words but supernatural manifestation. This generation is crying out for a real encounter with Him. Using Amos 5, Kim illustrates how the church has overcome the lion and the bear, only to face the serpent within. Yet, God is raising prophets to expose darkness and apostles to restore His order. Like Moses glimpsing Christ’s future glory, believers must embrace transformation—moving from an imprint of God to a full manifestation of His power. The time for supernatural demonstration is now, and the nations are our inheritance!

  • Every one of us is guilty of sin. Every one of us deserves condemnation. Every one of us should earnestly pray for deliverance, because every one of us is in need of God’s mercy and grace. Thank God for the Lord Jesus Christ through whom His mercy and grace is made known!

    Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening Devotions

    Evening, April 7

"Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, Thou God of my salvation; and my tongue shall sing aloud of Thy righteousness." Psalm 51:14

In this SOLEMN CONFESSION, it is pleasing to observe that David plainly names his sin. He does not call it manslaughter, nor speak of it as an imprudence by which an unfortunate accident occurred to a worthy man, but he calls it by its true name, bloodguiltiness. He did not actually kill the husband of Bathsheba; but still it was planned in David's heart that Uriah should be slain, and he was before the Lord his murderer. Learn in confession to be honest with God. Do not give fair names to foul sins; call them what you will, they will smell no sweeter. What God sees them to be, that do you labour to feel them to be; and with all openness of heart acknowledge their real character. Observe, that David was evidently oppressed with the heinousness of his sin. It is easy to use words, but it is difficult to feel their meaning. The fifty-first Psalm is the photograph of a contrite spirit. Let us seek after the like brokenness of heart; for however excellent our words may be, if our heart is not conscious of the hell-deservingness of sin, we cannot expect to find forgiveness.

Our text has in it AN EARNEST PRAYER- it is addressed to the God of salvation. It is His prerogative to forgive; it is His very name and office to save those who seek His face. Better still, the text calls Him the God of my salvation. Yes, blessed be His name, while I am yet going to Him through Jesus' blood, I can rejoice in the God of my salvation.

The psalmist ends with A COMMENDABLE VOW: if God will deliver him he will sing- nay, more, he will "sing aloud." Who can sing in any other style of such a mercy as this! But note the subject of the song- "THY RIGHTEOUSNESS." We must sing of the finished work of a precious Saviour; and he who knows most of forgiving love will sing the loudest.

  • He had no sin, never once transgressed the law nor God’s will, yet He was willing for your sin to die a painful and shameful death on a cross. Embrace Jesus who died for you that you might live and be freed from the shackles of sin. He is the only Way.

    Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening Devotions

    Morning, March 30

"He was numbered with the transgressors." Isaiah 53:12

Why did Jesus suffer Himself to be enrolled amongst sinners? This wonderful condescension was justified by many powerful reasons. In such a character He could the better become their advocate. In some trials there is an identification of the counsellor with the client, nor can they be looked upon in the eye of the law as apart from one another. Now, when the sinner is brought to the bar, Jesus appears there Himself. He stands to answer the accusation. He points to His side, His hands, His feet, and challenges Justice to bring anything against the sinners whom He represents; He pleads His blood, and pleads so triumphantly, being numbered with them and having a part with them, that the Judge proclaims, "Let them go their way; deliver them from going down into the pit, for He hath found a ransom." Our Lord Jesus was numbered with the transgressors in order that they might feel their hearts drawn towards Him. Who can be afraid of one who is written in the same list with us? Surely we may come boldly to Him, and confess our guilt. He who is numbered with us cannot condemn us. Was He not put down in the transgressor's list that we might be written in the red roll of the saints? He was holy, and written among the holy; we were guilty, and numbered among the guilty; He transfers His name from yonder list to this black indictment, and our names are taken from the indictment and written in the roll of acceptance, for there is a complete transfer made between Jesus and His people. All our estate of misery and sin Jesus has taken; and all that Jesus has comes to us. His righteousness, His blood, and everything that He hath He gives us as our dowry. Rejoice, believer, in your union to Him who was numbered among the transgressors; and prove that you are truly saved by being manifestly numbered with those who are new creatures in Him.

    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Jesus in commending John the Baptist, made it clear in the verse that John was not like a reed shaken by the wind. In other words, John was not shaken in his doctrine and purpose by outward circumstances or the changes in culture. He steadfastly held to the truth of God’s word and stood in His righteousness. And that is the way we modern day disciples of Jesus need to be, especially those of us who preach His word.

Notice the second half of the verse. We believers in Christ have been called for God’s purposes, not our own. Keep that in mind.

I am not in competition with gospel pastors and churches that love God and are committed to the sound teaching of God’s word. What we should be in competition with is the abortion mills, lgbt, porn shops, sex trafficking, drug trade, drunkenness, radical feminism, marxism, false cults, lslam and all other false religions, greed, and political corruption. And the way to fight these things is the gospel. Proclaiming it, and making disciples of Christ from those converted to Jesus. Matthew 28:19,20. 2 Corinthians 10:3-5

  • We all start out knowing magic. We are born with whirlwinds, forest fires, and comets inside us. We are born able to sing to birds and read the clouds and see our destiny in grains of sand.
But then we get the magic educated right out of our souls. We get it churched out, spanked out, washed out, and combed out. We get put on the straight and narrow and told to be responsible. Told to act our age. Told to grow up, for God’s sake. And you know why we were told that? Because the people doing the telling were afraid of our wildness and youth, and because the magic we knew made them ashamed and sad of what they’d allowed to wither in themselves.

  • God’s already put me so far in debt that if I were to live one million millenniums I couldn’t pay Him for what He’s done for me.
