The LA Fires Destruction and the plot thickens. 90% of the houses lost in the LA fires are under insured. Add in, the wood will come from Canada, there is no more lumber harvesting in the Biden US, and with the quantity of lumber needed to rebuild 10,000 + homes the lumber price will skyrocket. There is not enough, men and materials to rebuild so expect $1000 per square foot building cost causing 90% of the homeowners to take the insurance money, not rebuild and move elsewhere.
