With a lot of help (thanks Duffner) I can (hopefully) post the pictures that I couldn't do the other day of the garlic harvest:) First is one of the drying racks, next is a regular bulb, and last is an elephant garlic bulb. Sure smells good around our place...no vampires in at least a 10 mile radius:)

The annual garlic harvest is in and drying:) Around 800 heads this year (can you tell it's my husband's favorite thing to grow????). I'd send some pics but every time I try it says the file is 'too big' and I'm not sure how to downsize it:(
