    Have you ever tried Golden Milk? It’s turmeric, ginger and black pepper and I mix it in coconut milk with an extra teaspoon of coconut oil for absorption and a teaspoon of honey for sweetness. It’s great for your joints! Especially if they hurt on very cold mornings!
