Flicking channels watching chocolateirs working their magic. Lynn and I were in the restaurant biz back in the 1990s and could never come close to the talent of those men and women that do that work. They have a lot of talent and patience.

We’ll still in Northern Nevada’s prairie, not snowing tonight but pretty low temps; so wood stove is loaded and going. Dinner will be chili and corn bread, a movie then to bed. Sleep well and take care all, good night.
