I just read that they are planning to build a 15 minute city in Charlotte, NC. And I also find it very interesting that our fire danger in NC is high. I wonder if we're going to be the next hit with DEWs to start massive fires here so they can get us into their 15 minute cities. I know that Wilmington, NC is looking more and more like a 15 minute city. The amount of apartments that are going up and all within walking distance of shopping, doctors, and entertainment. I think Wilmington has been working on their 15 minute city for a long time. It's really changed in the past 30 years.
