Another major solar flare has just occurred and is heading our way. 7.6 earthquake in Japan. More and more birth pains that the Bible tells us will happen as the Day of the Lord grows closer. I think the solar flare is why my tinnitus is louder today and why I'm in a very rotten mood.

I have to ask this. Why would Trump endorse Cuomo? He had to have known that his endorsement of Cuomo would get more votes to go to Mamdani. Is this a 4 D chess move or what?

I am so glad that my husband and I decided to get on the carnivore diet. It's been six weeks. He has lost weight and his morning fasting glucose has been 120 or below for the past couple of weeks! I have lost 6 pounds so far. My energy levels are way up! I am working out 6 days a week for 60 to 90 minutes a day. I'm 58 and doing 100 squats, 300 arm exercises with 3 pound weights, 800 ab workouts, and 30 minutes of HIIT on my mini trampoline 2 times a day. I can get into my older jeans without struggling and have been able to closet shop and wear dresses that I haven't been able to get into for many years. My belly is getting flatter and my abs are more sculpted. I'm also sleeping much better. So glad we decided to give this a try!

Carnivore diet for 2 1/2 weeks and I'm down 6 pounds and my husband's weight is down and his glucose this morning was down to 103! It's working!

So ready for sunny skies. Haven't seen the sun in about 4 days. Being weather sensitive, it is putting me into a slump. Time for sunshine!

Started the carnivore diet today. Have been doing keto for a long time, but need to kick it up. I suggest that as many folks look at this Q&A by Dr. Ken Berry and also read the comments. Sounds promising!

Between the movie Snake Eyes from 1998 and now this, it really makes you wonder what the heck is really going on. Was Kirk's death a hoax? Was there predictive programming? Erika Kirk is the girl in this video. Notice toward the end of the video where she is zip lining, she goes by a number 9:10. And the guy's first name in the pick up is Tyler, and he bears a striking resemblance to Tyler Robinson. This is getting weirder by the moment!
