I not a dog person. Tolerated them when my children young. Had some great ones, I did enjoy. But the culture was different. Only medical attention they needed was to be de- wormed once in a while and supermarket pet food was just fine. childhood pets were cats. Love kitty’s to this day, but do not want one.
