[Parents should not be so reliant upon the public or even private school systems for their children to receive an education and to become socialized. Instead, they should look to homeschooling and homeschooling co-ops for the education of their children and to have contact with other children.]

  • Always whining and complaining, always blaming the rich instead of cutting out the free stuff now he plans on driving out the money he wants...

"Turning to the city’s finances, Mamdani didn’t hold back in painting a grim picture of a “serious fiscal crisis” with a massive deficit. He’s pointing fingers at past leadership, particularly former Mayor Eric Adams, for underfunding essential services like rental aid and special education. It’s a mess he claims was handed to him like a “poisoned chalice.”

But Mamdani’s blame game doesn’t stop there—he’s also targeting former Gov. Andrew Cuomo for allegedly draining city resources over years of state-level mismanagement. He argues New Yorkers foot over half the state’s revenue but get far less in return. It’s a compelling statistic, but is it the full story?

“The result is a stunning fiscal imbalance,” Mamdani declared, emphasizing the disparity in state funding. While the numbers sound damning, critics might argue the city’s own spending habits deserve scrutiny before pinning everything on Albany. After all, accountability starts at home.
Tax Hikes on the Wealthy Proposed

Mamdani’s solution to this financial quagmire is to hike taxes on the top 1% and big corporations, framing it as a moral necessity. He’s betting that squeezing the rich will plug a $12 billion hole and rebuild the city stronger. But will this drive away the very job creators and investors who keep the Big Apple’s economy humming?

Rich Azzopardi, a spokesperson for Cuomo, fired back with a scathing rebuttal, defending the former governor’s record. “Andrew Cuomo inherited an $11 billion deficit when he first took office and managed to close it through hard work and fiscal discipline—words that just aren’t in Mamdani’s vocabulary,” Azzopardi quipped. It’s a sharp reminder that not everyone buys Mamdani’s narrative of victimhood."

  • Jeremiah
    Chapter 38
    VERSES 1-14

1 Then Shephatiah the son of Mattan, and Gedaliah the son of Pashur, and Jucal the son of Shelemiah, and Pashur the son of Malchiah, heard the words that Jeremiah had spoken unto all the people, saying,

2 Thus saith the LORD, He that remaineth in this city shall die by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence: but he that goeth forth to the Chaldeans shall live; for he shall have his life for a prey, and shall live.

3 Thus saith the LORD, This city shall surely be given into the hand of the king of Babylon's army, which shall take it.

4 Therefore the princes said unto the king, We beseech thee, let this man be put to death: for thus he weakeneth the hands of the men of war that remain in this city, and the hands of all the people, in speaking such words unto them: for this man seeketh not the welfare of this people, but the hurt.

5 Then Zedekiah the king said, Behold, he is in your hand: for the king is not he that can do any thing against you.

6 Then took they Jeremiah, and cast him into the dungeon of Malchiah the son of Hammelech, that was in the court of the prison: and they let down Jeremiah with cords. And in the dungeon there was no water, but mire: so Jeremiah sunk in the mire.

    7 Now when Ebedmelech the Ethiopian, one of the eunuchs which was in the king's house, heard that they had put Jeremiah in the dungeon; the king then sitting in the gate of Benjamin;

8 Ebedmelech went forth out of the king's house, and spake to the king, saying,

9 My lord the king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to Jeremiah the prophet, whom they have cast into the dungeon; and he is like to die for hunger in the place where he is: for there is no more bread in the city.

10 Then the king commanded Ebedmelech the Ethiopian, saying, Take from hence thirty men with thee, and take up Jeremiah the prophet out of the dungeon, before he die.

11 So Ebedmelech took the men with him, and went into the house of the king under the treasury, and took thence old cast clouts and old rotten rags, and let them down by cords into the dungeon to Jeremiah.

12 And Ebedmelech the Ethiopian said unto Jeremiah, Put now these old cast clouts and rotten rags under thine armholes under the cords. And Jeremiah did so.

13 So they drew up Jeremiah with cords, and took him up out of the dungeon: and Jeremiah remained in the court of the prison.

14 Then Zedekiah the king sent, and took Jeremiah the prophet unto him into the third entry that is in the house of the LORD: and the king said unto Jeremiah, I will ask thee a thing; hide nothing from me.

  • Jeremiah
    Chapter 37

1 And king Zedekiah the son of Josiah reigned instead of Coniah the son of Jehoiakim, whom Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon made king in the land of Judah.

2 But neither he, nor his servants, nor the people of the land, did hearken unto the words of the LORD, which he spake by the prophet Jeremiah.

3 And Zedekiah the king sent Jehucal the son of Shelemiah and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest to the prophet Jeremiah, saying, Pray now unto the LORD our God for us.

4 Now Jeremiah came in and went out among the people: for they had not put him into prison.

5 Then Pharaoh's army was come forth out of Egypt: and when the Chaldeans that besieged Jerusalem heard tidings of them, they departed from Jerusalem.

6 Then came the word of the LORD unto the prophet Jeremiah, saying,

7 Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Thus shall ye say to the king of Judah, that sent you unto me to enquire of me; Behold, Pharaoh's army, which is come forth to help you, shall return to Egypt into their own land.

8 And the Chaldeans shall come again, and fight against this city, and take it, and burn it with fire.

9 Thus saith the LORD; Deceive not yourselves, saying, The Chaldeans shall surely depart from us: for they shall not depart.

10 For though ye had smitten the whole army of the Chaldeans that fight against you, and there remained but wounded men among them, yet should they rise up every man in his tent, and burn this city with fire.

11 And it came to pass, that when the army of the Chaldeans was broken up from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh's army,

12 Then Jeremiah went forth out of Jerusalem to go into the land of Benjamin, to separate himself thence in the midst of the people.

13 And when he was in the gate of Benjamin, a captain of the ward was there, whose name was Irijah, the son of Shelemiah, the son of Hananiah; and he took Jeremiah the prophet, saying, Thou fallest away to the Chaldeans.

14 Then said Jeremiah, It is false; I fall not away to the Chaldeans. But he hearkened not to him: so Irijah took Jeremiah, and brought him to the princes.

15 Wherefore the princes were wroth with Jeremiah, and smote him, and put him in prison in the house of Jonathan the scribe: for they had made that the prison.

    16 When Jeremiah was entered into the dungeon, and into the cabins, and Jeremiah had remained there many days;

17 Then Zedekiah the king sent, and took him out: and the king asked him secretly in his house, and said, Is there any word from the LORD? And Jeremiah said, There is: for, said he, thou shalt be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon.

18 Moreover Jeremiah said unto king Zedekiah, What have I offended against thee, or against thy servants, or against this people, that ye have put me in prison?

19 Where are now your prophets which prophesied unto you, saying, The king of Babylon shall not come against you, nor against this land?

20 Therefore hear now, I pray thee, O my lord the king: let my supplication, I pray thee, be accepted before thee; that thou cause me not to return to the house of Jonathan the scribe, lest I die there.

21 Then Zedekiah the king commanded that they should commit Jeremiah into the court of the prison, and that they should give him daily a piece of bread out of the bakers' street, until all the bread in the city were spent. Thus Jeremiah remained in the court of the prison.

  • Retard Tim ...
White people are collectively responsible but not Somali's?
You are a special kind of retard, so retarded you don't realize how retarded you are!

"Minnesota Governor Tim Walz faced renewed scrutiny this week after comments he made regarding the ongoing fraud scandal in the state’s social services programs, in which he stated that “a lot of white men should be holding a lot of white men accountable for the crimes that they have committed.” During remarks addressing the widespread fraud involving members of the Somali community, Walz argued that these communities should “continue to educate folks about why they shouldn’t commit crimes,” suggesting such education should occur “both at home and at schools and in our society.”

The governor weakly contended that broad generalizations about entire communities were unfair, calling it “a pretty hard reach” to suggest that Somalis bore collective responsibility for criminal acts. Walz also criticized President Trump for amplifying the fraud allegations, stating that Trump “made it white hot and very dangerous” when addressing the issue publicly."

  • Pancreas or ?

Freshman year at UCSF School of Dentistry: Gross Human Anatomy. Fall of 1970:
There were 80 in my class, 79 men and one lady. On our first day in Human anatomy, I am pretty sure no one amongst us had ever seen a dead human body.

You enter the lab and there are twenty stainless steel tables. Each with a human cadaver covered by a rubber sheet. I was the most curious I stepped forward and pulled back the rubber sheet. I exposed an elderly woman with fluids (formaldehyde ?) oozing out or every orifice.

My classmate: Dr Tim, himself deceased, made a comment that earned him his forever nickname: Teen Angel. I cannot reveal in public what he said to earn him this accurate nickname: Teen Angel. If you are interested in his statement, you must DM or text me and we can discuss. I will not reveal his statement to any woman.

We had no quizzes , midterms. We had only the final exam to determine our grade for this program. No pressure (white man lie, much pressure!)

The final exam consisted of fifty stations where we would identify the anatomical object and describe its functions.

I came to ~the 15th station and I look at the object, I relook at the object: “Identify this specimen and give two functions”. I swear that I am not making this up. The specimen is about 6 inches long and I could swear it was a penis. It’s two functions: 1: excretion and 2. Reproduction.

About two stations later it ‘Hit Me’ That was NOT a penis it was a
Pancreas. Its two functions are Endocrine: Insulin and Glucagon for

blood sugar. and Exocrine: enzymes for digestion. It is truly amazing that these two organs look so much alike while lying on a silver tray?

  • Christian, to what length are you willing to go in order to reach the lost? Paul declared, “I have become all things to all men, so that I may by all means save some” (1 Cor. 9:22).

But what does this mean? Did Paul become an adulterer in order to reach adulterers? Or a homosexual that he might draw homosexuals to Christ? Did he become a thief in order to save thieves? While Paul explains that, to the Jews he became as a Jew, and to those without the law, he became as one without the law, his statement of becoming all things is clearly not literal.

Paul here is making the point that he met people where they were, just as did Jesus Himself. Paul was willing to sacrifice his liberties (not to go against his beliefs or violate them) in order to have opportunity to preach the gospel.

Make no mistake - Paul did not water down the gospel, he used no “hook,” he did not entertain to be heard, nor use enticing or eloquent speech. For what does Paul say?

“I did not come with superiority of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God. For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified…my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God” (1 Cor. 2:1-5)

Paul preached in or near the synagogues, in jail, on the streets. The purpose was to carry the good news of the kingdom to the lost and hurting, to a dark and dying world. He regarded his reputation, his freedom, any worldly possessions, as worthless compared to reaching the lost. We would do well to do the same.

    ——————
    Spurgeon’s Morning and Evening Devotions

    Evening, December 7

"I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some." 1 Corinthians 9:22

Paul's great object was not merely to instruct and to improve, but to save. Anything short of this would have disappointed him; he would have men renewed in heart, forgiven, sanctified, in fact, saved. Have our Christian labours been aimed at anything below this great point? Then let us amend our ways, for of what avail will it be at the last great day to have taught and moralized men if they appear before God unsaved? Blood-red will our skirts be if through life we have sought inferior objects, and forgotten that men needed to be saved. Paul knew the ruin of man's natural state, and did not try to educate him, but to save him; he saw men sinking to hell, and did not talk of refining them, but of saving from the wrath to come. To compass their salvation, he gave himself up with untiring zeal to telling abroad the gospel, to warning and beseeching men to be reconciled to God. His prayers were importunate and his labours incessant. To save souls was his consuming passion, his ambition, his calling. He became a servant to all men, toiling for his race, feeling a woe within him if he preached not the gospel. He laid aside his preferences to prevent prejudice; he submitted his will in things indifferent, and if men would but receive the gospel, he raised no questions about forms or ceremonies: the gospel was the one all-important business with him. If he might save some he would be content. This was the crown for which he strove, the sole and sufficient reward of all his labours and self-denials. Dear reader, have you and I lived to win souls at this noble rate? Are we possessed with the same all-absorbing desire? If not, why not? Jesus died for sinners, cannot we live for them? Where is our tenderness? Where our love to Christ, if we seek not His honour in the salvation of men? O that the Lord would saturate us through and through with an undying zeal for the souls of men.
