Can anyone confirm this? I have not been successful. I certainly hope it is false.

"It is learned the son of actor Gary Sinise, McCanna "Mac" Anthony Sinise, passed on January 5,2024 from a rare cancer. Mac was laid to rest January 23rd. Mac was 33. Mac was also the drummer for his father's band, The LT. DAN BAND."

ME: Not true...what I mean is: When you do a payroll, FIRST you run a report. It never fails to make me wonder about how they do payroll in the civilian world. Back in the 1980's I worked Military Pay. Had the ancient key board, drum and cards. If someone had a change of address, married or whatever, you'd run that card FIRST before the pay card. Sometimes I'd run 3 payrolls a week. Depending if a squadron was running late in getting info to me, or a pilot was flying a Suta. EVERYTHING went through and I'd catch it on the report FIRST. It wouldn't take the people 2 weeks or a month to get paid, it would be within that week or if ran Wednesday-Friday the following week.
Over 200 teachers must pay back nearly $280K after receiving 'accidental bonuses'

New camera offers ultrafast imaging at a fraction of the normal cost
Capturing blur-free images of fast movements like falling water droplets or molecular interactions requires expensive ultrafast cameras that acquire millions of images per second. In a new paper, researchers report a camera that could offer a much less expensive way to achieve ultrafast imaging for a wide range of applications such as real-time monitoring of drug delivery or high-speed lidar systems for autonomous driving.
