Believer, in the light of Christ, we see light (Ps. 36:9). This passage is echoed by John, when he writes, “in Him was life, and the life was the Light of men” (Jn. 1:4).

Jesus is our light who guides us through the darkness. Living in a fallen world bring trial and tribulation, but we are not unable to see our way. For His word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path (Ps. 119:105).

Jesus Himself exclaimed to His disciples, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life” (Jn. 8:12). Therefore, let us walk in the light He provides while we are here.

Let us also look forward to that day when we will see His light unhindered by this mortal world. For when we enter into His kingdom, we “will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine” us (Rev. 22:5). Hallelujah!

No lips can tell the love of Christ to the heart till Jesus Himself shall speak within. Descriptions all fall flat and tame unless the Holy Ghost fills them with life and power; till our Immanuel reveals Himself within, the soul sees Him not. If you would see the sun, would you gather together the common means of illumination, and seek in that way to behold the orb of day? No, the wise man knoweth that the sun must reveal itself, and only by its own blaze can that mighty lamp be seen. It is so with Christ. "Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona:" said He to Peter, "for flesh and blood hath not revealed this unto thee." Purify flesh and blood by any educational process you may select, elevate mental faculties to the highest degree of intellectual power, yet none of these can reveal Christ. The Spirit of God must come with power, and overshadow the man with His wings, and then in that mystic holy of holies the Lord Jesus must display Himself to the sanctified eye, as He doth not unto the purblind sons of men. Christ must be His own mirror. The great mass of this blear-eyed world can see nothing of the ineffable glories of Immanuel. He stands before them without form or comeliness, a root out of a dry ground, rejected by the vain and despised by the proud. Only where the Spirit has touched the eye with eye-salve, quickened the heart with divine life, and educated the soul to a heavenly taste, only there is He understood. "To you that believe He is precious"; to you He is the chief corner-stone, the Rock of your salvation, your all in all; but to others He is "a stone of stumbling and a rock of offence." Happy are those to whom our Lord manifests Himself, for His promise to such is that He will make His abode with them. O Jesus, our Lord, our heart is open, come in, and go out no more for ever. Show Thyself to us now! Favour us with a glimpse of Thine all-conquering charms.

A detailed answer to the rhetorical question posed in this meme is that printing money doesn't end (or even mitigate) poverty, but actually makes it worse through the inflation it fuels. Grade inflation, social promotion through the school grades, lowered entrance requirements (jiggered SATs), and lowered scholastic standards to promote "equity" have accelerated the advancement of indulged, educated idiots into society.  Those same barely educated idiots increasingly hold political power as elected politicians at every level.

Our society suffers from hollowed out standards, principles, and institutions. The current state of chaos was predicted by wise people. Cultural Marxism is the most obvious sociopolitical culprit to blame, but arguably blame could be laid on our utterly corruptible human nature.

I'll probably miss the 2pm weather update today. Lynn and I are entertaining friends this afternoon. I'm going to put my college educated burger flipping skills to use.

The so called Evangelicals for Harris just showed how heretical they are in denying a cardinal doctrine of the biblical faith. They quoted heretical pastor Raphael Warnock saying that “we(that is all people) are God’s children.” That goes against the clear cut teaching of the New Testament. Goes against what Jesus said John ch. 3 when He said you must be born again, and unless you are, you will not see God’s kingdom. Goes against John 1:12,13. “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
Against Galatians 3:26. “For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.”
That being children of God is something God bestows on us believers, not something we are born into. “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.”

The leaders of “Evangelicals for Christ” are suppose to be highly educated, seminary trained. Yet they don’t get a basic biblical truth right. A better name for them is Church Heretics for Christ. They need to repent.

GenX and GenY are between 25 and 56 years of age, and they are, collectively, the most ignorant, uneducated imbeciles in hundreds of years – intellectually and ethically, and with some notable exceptions, they are a waste of skin.

Harsh words, but justified. Why? Because GenX+Y have rejected the Age of Reason that delivered us from The Dark Ages of fearful fantasies and superstitions, and plunged us again into that dark pit of fear and hatred – with their false, Pavlovian rejections of any concept that challenges their ill-conceived ideas, enabled by their abysmal “artsy” educations, lack of any scientific knowledge, and instant, hateful condemnation of any idea that does not fit their pathetically ignorant templates.

Ideas can no longer be debated rationally by well-educated people – they must be shouted down by this Generation of Imbeciles, accompanied by vicious, hateful rhetoric and attempts to vilify, injure and cancel their opponents.

Their favorite topics are Climate and Covid-19, the two greatest frauds of our Age, and even though their scientific understanding of these scams is negligible, they will defend them to the death.

And they all claim to be victims - fragile little snowflakes who are severely injured when someone chooses the “wrong” word in everyday conversation and forever damages their delicate psyches. In reality children, you are not victims, you are spoiled, self-absorbed brats who insult real victims with your nonsense.

Our universities have created much of this problem, graduating generations of woke imbeciles who are incapable of constructive contributions to society. One sensible solution would be to shut down all universities for a decade, fire all the staff, and then start all over again.

The New Dark Age is upon us – academics, media and politicians are all infected with the same poisonous venom, and their woke contributions to society are negative and destructive.

Believer, look in the mirror. What you see was created by God, in His image. He made you in His likeness for His glory. You are an image-bearer of the most High God. In this day and age, the image of God is being destroyed by abortion, murder, homosexuality, human trafficking and all other acts against humanity. Trust and believe, God is not pleased with this. He does not like His image being destroyed, and there are consequences for these actions. I firmly believe that God's wrath is on America at this very moment for the 62 million plus babies that have been murdered en utero since 1973.

The first baby that was legally murdered in an abortion clinic would have turned 50 years old this year. That person may have been a productive member of society, working, paying taxes, possibly contributing to the greater good. That person could have been the person who discovered the cure for cancer, or AIDS, or heart disease. That person could have run for political office and totally changed the landscape here in America. That person could have been a highly decorated military officer or a highly educated member of academia. The possibilities are endless, but we will never know because that image bearer of God was destroyed in his or her mother's womb before he or she had the chance to be born. His or her right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness were legally taken away.

God is not pleased with His image being destroyed. Unless America repents and overturns the greatest legal destruction of humankind, we will continue to suffer His wrath until He comes to rescue His people.
