Give them certain timeframes to use it and once those times have expired, make them GET OFF. NEVER allow your adolescent to keep an electronic device in his or her bedroom at night. Do whatever is necessary to protect the minds of our children. Some social media apps are designed to isolate, indoctrinate and intimidate our kids, and as responsible parents, grandparents and guardians, we cannot continue to allow this to happen.
