We believe the church of Jesus Christ needs to present the gospel to Jewish folks that they maybe saved. Like the early church did. And we reject false conspiracy theories against Jewish folks spread by white supremacists and Muslims.

  • Meditation for April 14, 2024 _ After Holy Week _ D. Franklin

Communion Meditation for 14-APRIL-2024: After Holy Week.

Good morning, Church Family! I hope each of you is well on this beautiful Sunday morning! Two weeks ago, we celebrated Resurrection Sunday; and Holy week has now passed for another year. The Robins Egg Easter candies are all gone; and Christ has risen! Amen? So, what happens next?

Our communion meditation today addresses Jesus’ activities here on Earth following His Resurrection and through His Ascension to the Father, a period of approximately 30 days. In this one-part meditation series, we will review just a few of Jesus’ activities and sightings of Him. These witness accounts further support the argument that Jesus was undoubtedly resurrected from death and was seen publicly many times among the people following his resurrection.

There are specific dates associated with some of these accounts. Note that these dates are from the Roman calendar which starts each new day at midnight; not the Hebrew calendar which starts each new day at sunset.

    1. Jesus appears to Mary Magdalene. Sunday, April 9, 30 AD. Mark 16:9 - 11, John 20:11 – 18: Mary is the first person to whom Jesus chose to reveal himself alive after his resurrection. This occurred at his tomb early Sunday morning after God brought him back from the dead. Mary at first did not recognize Him, mistaking him for the gardener. Then she recognized Jesus, and He instructed her to go tell the other followers.

    2. The Road to Emmaus. Sunday, April 9, 30 AD. Luke 24:13 – 33:Jesus unexpectedly appeared to two followers while they are walking to Emmaus (Luke 24:13 - 33). They discussed the events of the week, and He then explained to them all the Biblical verses and prophesy pertaining to the Messiah. He mildly criticized them for not believing what the prophets foretold regarding His coming. They did not recognize Him until after he departed from them. One of the two is Cleopas, the other was likely his wife, Mary, though some accounts identify the second as the Apostle Simon.

    3. Appearance with His followers. Sunday, April 9 after sunset. John 20:19. This is the first time Jesus showed himself alive to his followers. Most of the disciples had been hiding behind closed doors since Jesus was arrested in fear of persecution by the Jews. The Apostle, Thomas, was not with the group at this meeting.

    4. Doubting Thomas
Sunday, April 16 after sunset. John 20:26 – 29. This was the fourth time Jesus showed himself to humans to prove he has risen from the dead and the first time all those (except Judas) who ate Passover with him saw him as a group. In this passage of scripture, The Lord allowed Thomas to observe the wounds he received on the cross, for Thomas to overcome his doubt.

    5. Sea of Galilee, Jesus appears to 7 disciples that were fishing
Between April 17 and May 17. John Chapter 21: 1 - 14. This is the account of the disciples fishing all night and catching nothing. From the shore, Jesus instructed them to cast the net on the other side of the boat, which yielded a net full of 153 fish.

    6. Jesus appears to a multitude Between April 17 and May 17
In 1 Corinthians 15:6. The apostle Paul describes Jesus appearing to a crowd of more than 500 people at one time, then again meeting with his brother James.

There are other additional events documented in scripture, including Christ’s Ascension to Heaven on May 18, witnessed by his disciples as described in Matthew 28:18 - 20. Shortly after this, the disciples receive the Holy Spirit on Pentecost, and begin preaching, healing and establishing Christian churches throughout the region.

Jesus, in spiritual form, converts the Pharisee, Saul of Tarsus, who had persecuted Christians even to death, to the Apostle Paul on the road to Damascus. Paul became man of great faith, as we know, establishing churches and writing half of the books of the New Testament.

Holy week has passed for another year, but the work of our Risen Lord continues every day, every week of the year.

    Let us pray:
Father God, master and creator of the universe, we thank you for the sacrifice of your son and the gift of your grace. We know we can never repay you for the sacrifice of your son, Jesus, or earn the forgiveness and salvation you have given to us. As we prepare to take communion in His honor, let us always bear in mind that the cup and bread represent His sacrifice that bore our sins away. We praise you and worship You, Father, on this Sunday and every day. In Christ’s name we pray, Amen.

  • THIS IS NOT MINE, IT IS COPIED AND PASTED
    REFLECTION
"My parents were married for 55 years. One morning, my mom was going downstairs to make dad breakfast, she had a heart attack and fell. My father picked her up as best he could and almost dragged her into the truck. At full speed , without respecting traffic lights, he drove her to the hospital.
When he arrived, unfortunately she was no longer with us.
During the funeral, my father did not speak; his gaze was lost. He hardly cried.
That night, his children joined him. In an atmosphere of pain and nostalgia, we remembered beautiful anecdotes and he asked my brother, a theologian, to tell him where Mom would be at that moment. My brother began to talk about life after death, and guesses as to how and where she would be.
My father listened carefully. Suddenly he asked us to take him to the cemetery.
Dad!" we replied, "it's 11 at night, we can't go to the cemetery right now!"
He raised his voice, and with a glazed look he said:
"Don't argue with me, please don't argue with the man who just lost his wife of 55 years."
There was a moment of respectful silence, we didn't argue anymore. We went to the cemetery, we asked the night watchman for permission. With a flashlight we reached the tomb. My father caressed her, prayed and told his children, who watched the scene moved:
"It was 55 years... you know? No one can talk about true love if they have no idea what it's like to share life with a woman."
He paused and wiped his face. "She and I, we were together in that crisis. I changed jobs ..." he continued. "We packed up when we sold the house and moved out of town. We shared the joy of seeing our children finish their careers, we mourned the departure of loved ones side by side, we prayed together in the waiting room of some hospitals, we support each other in pain, we hug each Christmas, and we forgive our mistakes... Children, now it's gone, and I'm happy, do you know why?
Because she left before me. She didn't have to go through the agony and pain of burying me, of being left alone after my departure. I will be the one to go through that, and I thank God. I love her so much that I wouldn't have liked her to suffer..."
When my father finished speaking, my brothers and I had tears streaming down our faces. We hugged him, and he comforted us, "It's okay, we can go home, it's been a good day."
That night I understood what true love is; It is far from romanticism, it does not have much to do with eroticism, or with sex, rather it is linked to work, to complement, to care and, above all, to the true love that two really committed people profess ".
    Peace in your hearts.

  • “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.” ~ A Mama’s Mantra
When that one pink line turns to two, she looks down with gurgling excitement before the panic sets in and she starts thinking…“𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When the contractions are coming hard and fast, rippling through every ounce of her being… she screams in her mind, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When the doctor releases her from the hospital with only a test of how well she knows how to fasten a car seat… she whispers to herself, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When she’s fumbling in the middle of night to feed and sooth a fussy babe after an exhausting day that she can barely keep her eyes open… she groans, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When they take their first steps, stuff fistfuls of food (or whatever they get their hands on) in their mouth, climb on the coffee table… she sighs, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When they strap on their Spiderman backpack and head out for their first day of school… she tearfully cries, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When they decide training wheels are for babies and they take off down the street, wobbling this way and that… She worries, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When she sits on the sidelines of their first practice and watch another parent train, teach, reprimand, and build them… she frets, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When they want to have their first sleepover away from home, out of reach… She gnaws her nails as she thinks, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When they walk through the doors of middle school, discover social media, pick and choose friends… she bites her tongue and says, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When she sees a text that hints of a romantic relationship… she holds her breath while thinking, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
When they take the driver’s seat for the first time and she presses her right foot down on an invisible pedal, internally screaming, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
And when their messy bedroom that used to drive her mad is suddenly packed up and emptied out… she clutches the doorframe with tears in her eyes and cries, “𝑰’𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔.”
Friends… I know how it feels.
We’re never ready for that next step.
    Because we’ve never been there.
Never known what it’s like to let the most vulnerable, the most precious piece of our heart walk out into the world.
    It’s scary as hell.
    But.
    If we’ve done our job.
    Even if we aren’t ready.
    They are.
They are because we’ve made them so.
    It’s a wild ride, mama.
    Ready or not…
    Here it comes .

  • Petrus Romanus Calls For All-Powerful Global Government Pope Francis has issued a striking call for a multi-national or global government that would be independent of changing conditions in the world

HE IS PREPARING THE WORLD FOR A FALSE SAVIOR

In his new apostolic exhortation on “climate change,” Laudate Deum, Pope Francis has issued a striking call for a multi-national or global government that would be independent of changing conditions in the world. Highlighting his desire for a supra-national body to ensure that “climate change” measures are implemented, Pope Francis wrote: The issue is that they [unspecified global organizations] must be endowed with real authority, in such a way as to “provide for” the attainment of certain essential goals. In this way, there could come about a multilateralism that is not dependent on changing political conditions or the interests of a certain few, and possesses a stable efficacy. The papal comments came halfway through his newly published Laudate Deum, which comes eight years after Laudato Si’ and forms a second part to that first ecological text. Writing about the “weakness of international politics,” Francis highlighted “multilateralism.” Quoting from his own 2020 Fratelli Tutti, Francis stated that “it is not helpful to confuse multilateralism with a world authority concentrated in one person or in an elite with excessive power: ‘When we talk about the possibility of some form of world authority regulated by law, we need not necessarily think of a personal authority.’” Such a “world authority” would be “more effective world organizations, equipped with the power to provide for the global common good, the elimination of hunger and poverty and the sure defence of fundamental human right,” he said, directly drawing from Fratelli Tutti…

Writing about the “weakness of international politics,” Francis highlighted “multilateralism.” Quoting from his own 2020 Fratelli Tutti, Francis stated that “it is not helpful to confuse multilateralism with a world authority concentrated in one person or in an elite with excessive power: ‘When we talk about the possibility of some form of world authority regulated by law, we need not necessarily think of a personal authority.’” Such a “world authority” would be “more effective world organizations, equipped with the power to provide for the global common good, the elimination of hunger and poverty and the sure defence of fundamental human right,” he said, directly drawing from Fratelli Tutti… https://www.lifesitenews.com/analysis/pope-francis-demands-powerful-global-government-to-enforce-climate-change-policies/?utm_source=featured_news&utm_campaign=usa

  • The young woman who submitted the tech support message below (about her relationship with her husband) presumably did it as a joke. Then she got a reply that was way too good to keep to herself. The tech support people's love advice was hilarious.

    The query:

    Dear Tech Support,

"Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slowdown in overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as NBA 5.0, NFL 3.0, and Golf Clubs 4.1. Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and House cleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system. Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems but to no avail. What can I do?

    Signed: Desperate

The response (that came weeks later out of the blue)

    Dear Desperate,

First, keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an Operating System. Please enter the command: I thought you loved me.html and try to download Tears 6.2. Do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update. If that application works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

However, remember, overuse of the Tears application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0, or Beer 6.1. Please note that Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Snoring Loudly Beta version.

Whatever you do, DO NOT, under any circumstances, install Mother-In-Law 1.0 as it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources. In addition, please do not attempt to re-install the Boyfriend 5.0 program. These are unsupported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

I realized something while watching "It's a Wonderful Life" recently. It was something I missed the first 3,317 or so times I watched it. That is, I think the hero of the story isn't George, it's Mary.
The movie starts off with Mary praying for God to be with George. Her prayer (and others) is the catalyst for the angel, Clarence, being sent to George. Mary is the one who sees the beauty of the old broken down house. "It's full of romance, that old place." George sees empty space; Mary sees a space that can be filled with a family's love.
That's why George kisses the broken banister knob in the end; he finally sees what Mary always saw in that house. Mary saw it on the day of their wedding. She was the one who transformed the house into "honeymoon suite." Of course, that happened after she had the idea to offer her $2000 honeymoon money to the people of the town during the bank run. When George is depressed by his friends moving onward and upward in the world and think he's a disappointment to his wife because of it, Mary makes it clear that she "didn't want to marry anybody else in town." Never complaining, she worked "day after day remaking the old Granville house into a home." This while having 4 children and running the USO.
Finally, Mary is the one who goes all over town to ask for help for her husband. Uncle Billy remarks, "Mary did it, George! Mary did it!" I had never noticed her expression before when Uncle Billy says this. She's in the background as he says it, and she mouths "No..." while she shakes her head and moves further into the background. It's an incredibly subtle but important feature of her character: do good for others, but let others receive the credit. She moves fully into the background so that everyone giving money to George can come front and center. This was all orchestrated by Mary but she fades into the background.
Now look at the picture below where Mary is again in the background. Note where she's positioned: over George's shoulder. The one watching over George all these years was Mary. She was as much a guardian angel to George as Clarence was.
In the end, George was a good man; even a great one. He was after all, "The richest man in town." But would he have accomplished all he did, and been the man he was without Mary? I think the answer is definitely not. And there are many such Marys in this world who quietly go about, offering their prayers, works, and sufferings; raising their children; praying for their husbands and making them 10x the men they would have been without them.
Most of their deeds won't be known this side of heaven. Until they're known, we, the Georges of this world, offer to you Marys our profound thank you. And we promise to keep trying to lasso the moon for you. You deserve nothing less.

  • Is Lady Liberty (Columbia) the “Great Prostitute” of Prophecy Residing in Washington D.C., the Revived Roman Empire to Fall During the “Last Days”?

Last month (November, 2023), I wrote an article where I identified the name of the head demon I believed represented the USA today, which is “Columbia”, a female deity that also goes by “Lady Liberty” or “Freedom” in modern times since the USA was founded in 1776.

In ancient times she has been known by other names, such as “Ashtoreth”, a female fertility “god” known in Old Testament times, or “Artemis”, the name she was given in the New Testament times under the rule of the ancient Roman empire.

It would be helpful to the reader to review that article first, if you have not yet done so, before reading this one, which is a follow-up article to the material I presented there.

  • Explaining The Taylor Swift/Inanna Phenomenon;TAYLOR SWIFT OPENLY SPEAKS OF DEMONS DIRECTING HER-THE RISE OF GODDESS WORSHIP BEFORE THE WORLDS EYES!

I’ve been trying to put my finger on the Taylor Swift phenomenon for some time now. Evidently people pay obscene amounts of money to see her, and she is breaking world records on her latest tour. By all accounts (well, not quite all) it’s worth seeing, as Miss Swift parades out on the stage in outfit after outfit and dazzles swarms of people with a show like Superbowl halftime on crack. What’s going on here really, though? In ancient Babylonian mythology, the goddess Inanna gets kicked out of the Babylonians’ version of the Garden of Eden, then returns to exact her revenge on its inhabitants and their god. For a brief time, Inanna was the chief goddess of the pantheon. When King Sargon the Akkadian appointed his daughter high priestess over the first Mesopotamian empire, she dedicated herself to the glories of Inanna. Unfortunately but unsurprisingly this included a lot of ritual sex. Inanna was the sex goddess not only of Babylon, but all the world. The Babylonians, Greeks, Romans, and pretty much everyone else recognized that they all worshiped this same goddess, though she had different names and slightly different origin stories depending on the culture. She was Aphrodite, Venus, Astarte, Ashtoreth, Isis, Lillith, and a host of other names. Yet everyone saw that she was really just the one spirit of illicit sex. Moderns don’t believe in spirits, demons, and goddesses — officially at least. We still have our myths about them, though, like Peter Pan’s Tinkerbell, the sexy fairy. Even in the 1950s Disney cartoon, Tinkerbell’s miniskirt is always just about ready to get hiked up too far. She cannot tolerate Peter’s interest in a sensible girl like Wendy. She would rather kill Wendy, in fact, than give up Peter to the pleasantries of a family life and devoted love in the bonds of marriage. Tinkerbell is one of the best pictures of Astarte in recent years, who comes to bring her flirtatious delights, stays to keep men in a state of perpetual adolescence, and would (if she could) kill the women who might possibly make us into men. I finally realized while listening to “Anti-hero” that she is the embodiment of the ancient goddess Astarte. But I was talking about Taylor Swift, or maybe I have been all this time
