CALIFORNIA — In 2024, Gavin Newsom approved legislation that permits untreated sewage to cross into the U.S. from Mexico through the Tijuana River Valley, according to a San Diego County official. Every day, up to 10 million gallons of sewage flow into San Diego. Roughly 5 to 10 million gallons a day bypass the treatment facility and end up in the U.S. via the Tijuana River.

Southern California’s water source is now “toilet to tap” planned for future generations to ponder, splash in, bathe in, and drink. Los Angeles now has a new water district manager who is a real nutcase. His plan is to take sewage and toilet water clean it up (he thinks), and pipe back into everyone’s homes.
