  • Is this how life on the planet will become extinct?
Killed by our own waste ...
    Where is the EPA?

"While hospitals and farms face scrutiny for antibiotic overuse, a hidden pollution source is fueling the superbug crisis right at its origin. The factories that manufacture the world’s antibiotics are discharging wastewater packed with concentrated resistance genes directly into the environment, creating ideal breeding grounds for untreatable bacteria.

Research published in the journal Biocontaminant reveals that waste from these pharmaceutical plants contains resistance genes at levels up to 100 times higher than those found in municipal sewage. This isn't just chemical waste; it's living pollution. The genes are often attached to mobile genetic elements, which act like biological USB drives, allowing bacteria to easily copy and share instructions for defeating antibiotics.

This industrial effluent flows into rivers and seeps into soils. A study of a sulfonamide drug plant showed downstream soils and river sediments were heavily contaminated, with resistance levels exceeding global averages. This is more than a localized spill; the pollution embeds itself, turning agricultural areas and waterways into reservoirs for resistance. "

  • CALIFORNIA — In 2024, Gavin Newsom approved legislation that permits untreated sewage to cross into the U.S. from Mexico through the Tijuana River Valley, according to a San Diego County official.

Every day, up to 10 million gallons of sewage flow into San Diego.

Roughly 5 to 10 million gallons a day bypass the treatment facility and end up in the U.S. via the Tijuana River.

  • Southern California’s water source is now “toilet to tap” planned for future generations to ponder, splash in, bathe in, and drink. Los Angeles now has a new water district manager who is a real nutcase. His plan is to take sewage and toilet water clean it up (he thinks), and pipe back into everyone’s homes. California, one of the most environmentally social outspoken state/entity in the world, no one, not one Hollywood elite, not one outspoken sociopath from anywhere has said one thing, not one comment from Whoopi (fat round mound of sound) Goldbrick, un-joy behar, or anyone has said one thing about. Right next to all those coastal cities is the Pacific Ocean where they could build desalination plants for all the fresh clean water they want, madness. Just as I thought, now they all are going to really be full of shit.

  • California Approves Turning Sewage Directly Into Drinking Water

“California’s new rules would let — but not require — water agencies take wastewater, treat it, and then put it right back into the drinking water system. California would be just the second state to allow this, following Colorado.” – AP reported.

The treatment facilities are expensive to build so only ‘well-funded’ cities will have them.
