You know what that means, we’ll let me tell you and I hope the shit for brains politicians in Wormville (Washington DC) read this. IT MEANS “MARINE CORPS EMBASSY SECURITY GUARD”, underline it. It’s a special program that a US Marine can apply to get into. If accepted, they send you to Quantico, VA for training and when finished they assign you to one of the many US Embassies we have around the world. Now that you know that in addition to protecting the Embassy and staff they can and are called on to protect the president, they draw from Marine staff around the world, flown in to where the President has special events, the are given more instruction, radios and other important equipment and help protect the President. They could have drawn on those staff to protect Trump and I guarantee those Marines won’t fail. There was no excuse for short staff. How do I know this; because my son was a marine in that program called on three times with other marines to protect President Barack Hussein Obama and nobody took a shot at him, that bastard president is still alive un-scratched.

Well here we are, summer of 2024. In Las Vegas, Nevada we are seeing temperatures in excess of 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The whole southwest desert and coastal communities are experiencing excessive heat. Global Warning is the blame. Starting in late 60’s we were beat up that we had to add smog equipment to our cars causing a car that got 12 to 17 miles per gallon to no get 7 to 9 mpg. But that was not good enough. Instead of big powerful V8 engines we now have 3 cylinder turbo-charged engines in new Ford Broncos, which will only last 80k to 90k miles. And now the environment is truly sicker with excess heat and hurricanes everywhere. Through Flourescent and LED lightbulbs costing 10 times as much as incandescent light bulbs the cost to fix the environment has not worked. We don’t have government.

My wife shared this with me (I think it's from FB), and asked how I would respond. Below is what I gave her.

Let’s frame this a little more accurately. I pay taxes to the city to build and maintain the parks and keep them safe. The city parks are seeping with toxic waste, strewn with sharp objects, and the equipment is broken.

Since the city is failing to properly maintain the parks, I want MY TAX MONEY back so I can instead spend it on a local playground, or a small slide and swing set in my backyard, that is safe, well-maintained, and properly equipped for my children and other neighborhood children.

That is school vouchers in a nutshell.
