There can be no compromise in the church of Jesus Christ’s opposition of abortion. We must all out oppose it. The pro abortion crowd here in Virginia is going all out to cram abortion down our throats. They are die hard determined to make it official policy of this state. Staunton Virginia real estate agent Wilson Fauber, had been found guilty of hate speech by the Virginia Board of Realtors. His violation? A post in 2015 about his support for traditional marriage, that being marriage between a man and woman. His post violated ethic rules of the National Association of Realtors. Wilson has to undergo reeducation classes and pay a fine, or have his real estate license suspended. In other words, you can’t speak biblical truth if you are a real estate agent. Wilson is fighting this. We believers in Christ need to support him.

Jesus in commending John the Baptist, made it clear in the verse that John was not like a reed shaken by the wind. In other words, John was not shaken in his doctrine and purpose by outward circumstances or the changes in culture. He steadfastly held to the truth of God’s word and stood in His righteousness. And that is the way we modern day disciples of Jesus need to be, especially those of us who preach His word.
