• This is 1 of many reasons I now at this stage of my life will not fellowship with many who name the Name of Jesus Christ, they did not stop this!
    #2Timothy 2:19 #kjv #kingjamesbible
“Nevertheless the foundation of #God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”

Where were the #Christians in 1954 when this happened? The Christians could of in 1954 put a stop to this! The Christians gave into Tyranny! They disobeyed #Romans 13:1 which for the United States is #WeThePeople.

I am an independent, unaffiliated, unorganized, unincorporated, nondenominational, non-501(c)(3), Bible Believer and is not a non-profit organization (#NPO) or association and, therefore, is NOT tax-exempt.

Before 1954, churches were recognized by the state as being spiritual entities belonging to God and were, therefore, tax-immune. (Taxes are immoral and the Tyranny on that started in 1913 with the creation of the Federal Reserve). In 1954 during the Presidency of Dwight David Eisenhower (this could of been Impeachment for High Crimes and Misdemeanors), churches were brought under the IRC 501(c)(3), which made them NPOs. This means that NPO churches are creatures of the state, hence, they are not tax-immune, but tax exempt. In other words, the state claims that they owe taxes to the state, but the state is granting them an exemption due to their non-profit status; a privilege that can be revoked.
You see, along with the "privilege" of being tax-exempt comes rules and restrictions as to what the NPO can and cannot say and do. This is a major reason why modern "churches" will not get involved in the affairs of state: They are afraid of violating a restriction of their NPO status and, thus, endanger their tax-exemption.
Accordingly, I, Yours Truly is not organized as an IRS-defined "church." I have no boards or committees, no membership roll, no ownership of property, no denominational ties or by-laws. This means there are no NPO-related restrictions upon my preaching or political activities or upon my church as a private fellowship. 70 Years later the professed church has become apostate as so went the rest of the nation!

  • There are several assisted living facilities near where l live, so Wednesday, l decided to check them out to see if l could hold services at any of them. Before I did so, l had coffee with a friend. While going into the coffee shop, one of my wife’s cousins texted me of an assisted living facility near me that wanted someone to do weekly Bible studies. After l left the coffee shop, I went to the facility telling the lady in charge of activities that l was interested in doing the studies, and she was delighted, so starting October 9, l will be holding weekly Bible studies every Wednesday at The Retreat in Fishersville Va. Afterwards l checked at the Birch Estates facility a few miles from me, and got approval to have weekly church services there every Sunday afternoon starting October 6. So Lord willing, l will be pastoring two churches again, and holding weekly Bible studies at another facility. To God be the glory. Pray for this.

  • "Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves." Mt. 7:15
I am going to say something here that will upset a lot of people who read this page, but it needs to be said. However, before I do, let me state as I have done so in times past, that my church and I and are not charismatic, nor are we Pentecostal, though we have fellowship with some in that group. We are opposed to the Roman Catholic Church, liberal Protestantism, Mormonism, false cults and false religions.
This is what I want to say: Evangelicals and Fundamentalists are going to need to do what our Lord and His apostles did: focus more on being against false prophets, false teachers, heretics, and charlatans posing as preachers, denouncing their unbiblical positions, heretical doctrines, false prophecies, and ungodly lifestyles, than on pagans and heathen. I see so much fervor from Christ followers against the positions and actions of unsaved politicians, homosexuals, abortionists, and the far left, than the false Christians professors I mentioned earlier. The left, transgenders, feminists, abortionists, and gay rights folks, don't profess to speak for the body of Christ, but the heretics, charlatans, false prophets, the Pope, and liberal theologians do. Therefore, it is imperative that Godly pastors, evangelists, and true believers in Christ, speak out against the false churches, heresies, and false ministers, not allowing them and their teachings into their churches and homes. In doing so, it will built up the true churches, enhance their witness for Christ, and hurt the pocketbooks of the false church leaders and charlatans. Since I am the one posting, this starts with me, but I hope others will be coming alongside

    Have We Forgotten?

The wicked will go down to the grave. This is the fate of all the nations who ignore God. (Psalm 9:17 NLT)

In the immediate aftermath of the unthinkable 9/11 attacks, we saw a dramatic return to faith on the part of many Americans. People were holding prayer meetings on street corners and gathering in neighborhoods to hold vigils. Members of Congress stood on the steps of the US Capitol building and spontaneously sang “God Bless America.”

On the Sunday following 9/11, Americans packed their local churches. People were trying to make sense of it, and they were turning to God for answers. There also was great concern that terrorists would attack again. So we prayed.

But things didn’t stay that way for very long. Interestingly, just ten years later during a 9/11 commemoration ceremony at Ground Zero, not a single person offered a prayer. Not a single pastor or minister of any kind gave thanks to God for His protection and mercy since then. Have we forgotten that God came through for us?

Yes, we want to thank God for our security and our experts who do their best to protect our nation. But we also have to acknowledge God’s mercy. At the same time, it raises a question: When will America wake up to its spiritual need?

The answer is not a political one. We’re in a political cycle now, and there’s a lot of talk about who will occupy the White House for the next four years. As Christians, we should register, vote, and find political candidates who represent a biblical worldview as much as possible. But at the same time, we must understand that no congressman or congresswoman, no senator, and no president can turn our country around. Not a single person can.

It is not a political answer that America needs. It is a spiritual one. And the only real answer is a spiritual awakening. A spiritual revival must sweep America.

God initially gave the following words to the nation of Israel, but they apply to our nation as well: “Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14 NLT). We want God to heal our land.

All too often we’re more focused on who is in the White House than what’s going on in God’s house. When God looked at a nation that was having problems, He pointed His finger at His people and said, “If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face . . .”

So often as Christians, we’re quick to point out all the problems in our culture. But God is saying, “You know, I have been looking at you—you who are called by My name, you who are part of the body of Christ, you who are in the church. And the question is this: Are you experiencing spiritual revival?”

If we as God’s people want to turn a nation around, then we need to live as we should.

The women are to keep silent in the churches, for they are not permitted to speak, but are to subject themselves, just as the Law also says.
But if they desire to learn anything, let them ask their own husbands at home, for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in church.

  • It is unconscionable that this man has been in the pulpit all these years. He is a pedophile and a rapist. He should be in prison. His wife is complicit, and charges should be filed against her for aiding and abetting. Olen Griffing and James Robison are equally complicit. I pray that GateWay Church falls apart and those people leave that church and find doctrinally sound churches where they can grow spiritually. I also hope that Morris' other victims come forward. I hope they begin to file civil suits against him and bankrupt him.

Should point out that Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Oneness Pentecostals, and those who believe that one must observe Saturday as the Sabbath in order to be saved, are preaching another gospel. If you are in such groups, repent, trust Jesus for salvation if you haven’t already, get out of those groups, and get into sound Bible believing churches.

  • Paul was a man of prayer. It would be good to read, note, and even study the prayers which the apostle prayed for the churches he wrote to. Better still, for us to pray those kinds of prayers for our churches, and for believers in other churches that we know of. I am starting a series posting Paul’s prayers. Here is the first one l am going to post today.

”Therefore we also pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith with power, that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.“

  • Meditation for April 14, 2024 _ After Holy Week _ D. Franklin

Communion Meditation for 14-APRIL-2024: After Holy Week.

Good morning, Church Family! I hope each of you is well on this beautiful Sunday morning! Two weeks ago, we celebrated Resurrection Sunday; and Holy week has now passed for another year. The Robins Egg Easter candies are all gone; and Christ has risen! Amen? So, what happens next?

Our communion meditation today addresses Jesus’ activities here on Earth following His Resurrection and through His Ascension to the Father, a period of approximately 30 days. In this one-part meditation series, we will review just a few of Jesus’ activities and sightings of Him. These witness accounts further support the argument that Jesus was undoubtedly resurrected from death and was seen publicly many times among the people following his resurrection.

There are specific dates associated with some of these accounts. Note that these dates are from the Roman calendar which starts each new day at midnight; not the Hebrew calendar which starts each new day at sunset.

    1. Jesus appears to Mary Magdalene. Sunday, April 9, 30 AD. Mark 16:9 - 11, John 20:11 – 18: Mary is the first person to whom Jesus chose to reveal himself alive after his resurrection. This occurred at his tomb early Sunday morning after God brought him back from the dead. Mary at first did not recognize Him, mistaking him for the gardener. Then she recognized Jesus, and He instructed her to go tell the other followers.

    2. The Road to Emmaus. Sunday, April 9, 30 AD. Luke 24:13 – 33:Jesus unexpectedly appeared to two followers while they are walking to Emmaus (Luke 24:13 - 33). They discussed the events of the week, and He then explained to them all the Biblical verses and prophesy pertaining to the Messiah. He mildly criticized them for not believing what the prophets foretold regarding His coming. They did not recognize Him until after he departed from them. One of the two is Cleopas, the other was likely his wife, Mary, though some accounts identify the second as the Apostle Simon.

    3. Appearance with His followers. Sunday, April 9 after sunset. John 20:19. This is the first time Jesus showed himself alive to his followers. Most of the disciples had been hiding behind closed doors since Jesus was arrested in fear of persecution by the Jews. The Apostle, Thomas, was not with the group at this meeting.

    4. Doubting Thomas
Sunday, April 16 after sunset. John 20:26 – 29. This was the fourth time Jesus showed himself to humans to prove he has risen from the dead and the first time all those (except Judas) who ate Passover with him saw him as a group. In this passage of scripture, The Lord allowed Thomas to observe the wounds he received on the cross, for Thomas to overcome his doubt.

    5. Sea of Galilee, Jesus appears to 7 disciples that were fishing
Between April 17 and May 17. John Chapter 21: 1 - 14. This is the account of the disciples fishing all night and catching nothing. From the shore, Jesus instructed them to cast the net on the other side of the boat, which yielded a net full of 153 fish.

    6. Jesus appears to a multitude Between April 17 and May 17
In 1 Corinthians 15:6. The apostle Paul describes Jesus appearing to a crowd of more than 500 people at one time, then again meeting with his brother James.

There are other additional events documented in scripture, including Christ’s Ascension to Heaven on May 18, witnessed by his disciples as described in Matthew 28:18 - 20. Shortly after this, the disciples receive the Holy Spirit on Pentecost, and begin preaching, healing and establishing Christian churches throughout the region.

Jesus, in spiritual form, converts the Pharisee, Saul of Tarsus, who had persecuted Christians even to death, to the Apostle Paul on the road to Damascus. Paul became man of great faith, as we know, establishing churches and writing half of the books of the New Testament.

Holy week has passed for another year, but the work of our Risen Lord continues every day, every week of the year.

    Let us pray:
Father God, master and creator of the universe, we thank you for the sacrifice of your son and the gift of your grace. We know we can never repay you for the sacrifice of your son, Jesus, or earn the forgiveness and salvation you have given to us. As we prepare to take communion in His honor, let us always bear in mind that the cup and bread represent His sacrifice that bore our sins away. We praise you and worship You, Father, on this Sunday and every day. In Christ’s name we pray, Amen.

4. Doubting Thomas Sunday, April 16 after sunset. 5. Sea of Galilee, Jesus appears to 7 disciples that were fishing Between April 17 and May 17. John Chapter 21: 1 - 14. This is the account of the disciples fishing all night and catching nothing. From the shore, Jesus instructed them to cast the net on the other side of the boat, which yielded a net full of 153 fish. 6. Jesus appears to a multitude Between April 17 and May 17 In 1 Corinthians 15:6. Let us pray: Father God, master and creator of the universe, we thank you for the sacrifice of your son and the gift of your grace.

Given the work that I do, it grieves me to see so many professing Christians who are so ignorant of the days and times we’re living in. Most don’t know and don’t want to know what’s really going on in this world — or how Christ-followers are to respond to it all. Truly, those who are not Christians, or are “nominal Christians” at best, are much more well informed than those who claim to be “devout.” Because most modern American churches today do more harm than good for the Kingdom of God. Let me give you a case in point. I know a couple of people who are very devout church-goers. Literally, whenever the doors to the church are open, they’re there. These folks receive our newspaper, Wisconsin Christian News, and have for many years, but it’s doubtful they ever read it, or even open it. Theirs is a typical modern American church, where the pastor is careful to never speak anything that may be construed as “offensive.” The church only offers the modern praise and worship choruses, and then an “uplifting, feel-good” message as a sermon. To put it succinctly, it’s a “Your Best Life Now” church. They teach that God just wants His people to be nice to others, be happy, blessed, ...

  • Revelation
    Chapter 22

1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.

5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.

7 Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.

9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.

10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
