Texas Governor Greg Abbott approves bill 49 for oil and gas companies to sell treated fracking water to farms, industrial use, and release in waterways.

Texas also granted liability immunity to the oil and gas companies.

Fracking water can be contaminated with PFAS forever chemicals, radioactive materials, and other drilling chemicals.

Texas is favoring oil and gas companies over farmers and their residents health.
