SARASOTA, Fla., July 13, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (Nasdaq: DJT) CEO Devin Nunes issued the following statement in response to the attempted assassination of President Donald J. Trump:

“I offer my deepest sympathies to the family of the rally goer killed in Butler, Pennsylvania, and to those who were wounded. I thank God President Trump survived the assassination attempt and is now safe. The situation demands a fast, thorough federal investigation to determine all the circumstances of this cowardly attack and to identify if any additional persons were involved. An Inexperienced 20-yr old kid outsmarts the US Secret service, state & local authorities?? He ascends to a rooftop with a long rifle, totally undetected? Gets to w/in 400 feet from Trump and is able to get off multiple rounds, killing 1 and wounding several, coming w/in 1” of assassinating Trump.

No drones? No surveillance? Did anybody listen to the witnesses who spotted him beforehand? Does the SS ever check rooftops?

Well here we are, summer of 2024. In Las Vegas, Nevada we are seeing temperatures in excess of 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The whole southwest desert and coastal communities are experiencing excessive heat. Global Warning is the blame. Starting in late 60’s we were beat up that we had to add smog equipment to our cars causing a car that got 12 to 17 miles per gallon to no get 7 to 9 mpg. But that was not good enough. Instead of big powerful V8 engines we now have 3 cylinder turbo-charged engines in new Ford Broncos, which will only last 80k to 90k miles. And now the environment is truly sicker with excess heat and hurricanes everywhere. Through Flourescent and LED lightbulbs costing 10 times as much as incandescent light bulbs the cost to fix the environment has not worked. We don’t have government.
