The "Write Article" feature that Duffner provides on this platform is a full-featured editor suitable for composing blogs with all the functionality needed for elegant and/or complex formatting. BTW, that example of complex formatting included bold, italic, colored text, highlited. You can access those formatting options by sliding the top menu bar at the top of the Content pane left and right with your finger. Unfortunately, despite his best efforts, some features may not work as expected if you're using an Android phone to access this platform. I want to share the advice he gave me to work around some editing issues I experienced.
First of all, I'm accessing Cre8aplace exclusively with a Motorola phone that's 2 years old using the Brave privacy browser in mobile view. I've never accessed this site from a desktop/laptop computer or tablet. I've learned over the last 12½ years that screen layouts and features vary between brands, models, model years, and Android versions. That's one distinct advantage that Apple users enjoy over Android. I've also learned that not all privacy browsers play well with all websites. I'm providing screenshots to show the sequence of steps Duffner suggested to navigate around the difficulties I initially experienced. Your mileage may vary. đ
My difficulty started with my inability to paste text into the Content pane. When I did long-press to get the context menu that allows me to "Select All", "Copy", "Paste", etc., I instead got a pop-up button labeled "Link...". Here's the sequence of screenshots used.
The last screen shows the editing features that the Android pop-up context menu would normally provide if it had worked. Using this sequence of steps now allows me to Select, Copy, Paste, etc. I used a separate image editing program to create the collage of screenshots shown, and changed the amount of screen space used with the image insertion feature in Duffner's editor here.
One final bit of advice. Don't change your browser's view of a page from mobile to desktop if you've already invested time and creative energy composing an article, as you may lose what you've composed. Test this first to see what happens with your favorite browser(s).
I hope someone else here finds this useful.
