The complaint alleges a dramatic increase in fetal deaths at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) following the 2021 rollout of COVID mRNA vaccines, with internal data and communications reportedly suppressed by hospital management.

CRMC experienced a baseline of 1-2 stillbirths per month before 2021, but this surged to approximately 4 per week post-vaccine rollout, predominantly among fully vaccinated pregnant women.

A September 2022 hospital-wide email titled “Record High Dead Babies” acknowledged the crisis but allegedly prompted no thorough investigation.

Instead, management deflected blame to factors like “pesticide exposure” and avoided examining mRNA vaccines as a potential cause, with fetal death certificates allegedly falsified and no adverse events reported to VAERS.

Renowned OB/GYN Dr. James A. Thorp provided evidence showing one California hospital’s stillbirth rate climbing from the national average of ~5.7 per 1,000 births pre-2021 to 29.3 per 1,000 after July 2021, aligning with the vaccine rollout timeline.

After Spencer leaked the email to media outlets, she faced alleged retaliation, including demotion, denial of a $5,000 performance bonus, and a questionable HIPAA violation warning.

Her complaint to the California Department of Public Health was reportedly dismissed after CMC provided misleading information, potentially influenced by financial ties to CDC programs and pharmaceutical partnerships.

Filed under California’s public interest statute (CCP §1021.5), the lawsuit, led by attorneys John W. Howard and Gregory J. Glaser seek compensatory and punitive damages, an independent audit of fetal death data, mandatory VAERS reporting, and a halt to coercive vaccine policies for pregnant women without robust informed consent.

Christian, where do you find wisdom? Do you look within? Or do you find it in the One who created you?

Wisdom, true wisdom, is found in God and God alone. For “the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom” (Ps. 111:10; Pr. 9:10), and the beginning of knowledge (Pr. 1:7).

Man’s wisdom is foolishness (1 Cor. 1:20; 3:19), and through the foolish things of the world, God puts the wise to shame (1 Cor. 1:27).

What does God say? “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts” (Isa. 55:9). Why then depend on the wisdom of flesh, o man? Do you believe yourself greater than the One who made you?

Nay. “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight” (Pr. 3:5-6).

God gave us wisdom when He gave us Christ. For Christ is become for us “wisdom from God,” as well as righteousness, sanctification, and redemption (1 Cor. 1:30), and if we are indeed in Christ, then we have the mind of Christ (1 Cor. 2:16).

Next time you feel you lack or need wisdom, remember that Christ is our wisdom, and instead of looking within, ask God “who gives to all generously and without reproach” (Jas. 1:5).

Man's intellect seeks after rest, and by nature seeks it apart from the Lord Jesus Christ. Men of education are apt, even when converted, to look upon the simplicities of the cross of Christ with an eye too little reverent and loving. They are snared in the old net in which the Grecians were taken, and have a hankering to mix philosophy with revelation. The temptation with a man of refined thought and high education is to depart from the simple truth of Christ crucified, and to invent, as the term is, a more intellectual doctrine. This led the early Christian churches into Gnosticism, and bewitched them with all sorts of heresies. This is the root of Neology, and the other fine things which in days gone by were so fashionable in Germany, and are now so ensnaring to certain classes of divines. Whoever you are, good reader, and whatever your education may be, if you be the Lord's, be assured you will find no rest in philosophizing divinity. You may receive this dogma of one great thinker, or that dream of another profound reasoner, but what the chaff is to the wheat, that will these be to the pure word of God. All that reason, when best guided, can find out is but the A B C of truth, and even that lacks certainty, while in Christ Jesus there is treasured up all the fulness of wisdom and knowledge. All attempts on the part of Christians to be content with systems such as Unitarian and Broad-church thinkers would approve of, must fail; true heirs of heaven must come back to the grandly simple reality which makes the ploughboy's eye flash with joy, and glads the pious pauper's heart- "Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners." Jesus satisfies the most elevated intellect when He is believingly received, but apart from Him the mind of the regenerate discovers no rest. "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge." "A good understanding have all they that do His commandments."

What a mess these models make these systems. Lets hope and pray both stay away from land.

Are you bearing fruit for the Lord? This is the reason He called us. As He said to His apostles, “You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you” (Jn. 15:16).

If you are not bearing fruit, perhaps you need to ask yourself, are you abiding in, and relying on the vine? For the branch cannot bear fruit if its connection to the vine is severed (Jn. 15:4-5).

Brethren, be sure you are abiding in Him. Make time to speak with Him and hear from Him daily. Fellowship with other believers so that you may be encouraged and stimulated to love and good deeds (Heb. 10:24-25). Test yourself and examine your faith (2 Cor. 13:5).

The fruit we bear will result in God’s glory (Jn. 5:8) as we perform the good works God prepared beforehand in which we should walk (Eph. 2:10).

"From Me is thy fruit found." Hosea 14:8

Our fruit is found from our God as to union. The fruit of the branch is directly traceable to the root. Sever the connection, the branch dies, and no fruit is produced. By virtue of our union with Christ we bring forth fruit. Every bunch of grapes has been first in the root, it has passed through the stem, and flowed through the sap vessels, and fashioned itself externally into fruit, but it was first in the stem; so also every good work was first in Christ, and then is brought forth in us. O Christian, prize this precious union to Christ; for it must be the source of all the fruitfulness which thou canst hope to know. If thou wert not joined to Jesus Christ, thou wouldst be a barren bough indeed.
Our fruit comes from God as to spiritual providence. When the dew-drops fall from heaven, when the cloud looks down from on high, and is about to distil its liquid treasure, when the bright sun swells the berries of the cluster, each heavenly boon may whisper to the tree and say, "From me is thy fruit found." The fruit owes much to the root- that is essential to fruitfulness- but it owes very much also to external influences. How much we owe to God's grace-providence! In which He provides us constantly with quickening, teaching, consolation, strength, or whatever else we want. To this we owe our all of usefulness or virtue.

Our fruit comes from God as to wise husbandry. The gardener's sharp-edged knife promotes the fruitfulness of the tree, by thinning the clusters, and by cutting off superfluous shoots. So is it, Christian, with that pruning which the Lord gives to thee. "My Father is the husbandman. Every branch in Me that beareth not fruit He taketh away; and every branch that beareth fruit He purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit." Since our God is the author of our spiritual graces, let us give to Him all the glory of our salvation.
